wellness well·ness (wėl'nĭs)
The condition of good physical and mental health, especially when maintained by proper diet, exercise, and habits.
Chiropractic care is essential for wellness. Chiropractic adjustments help remove any restrictions or imbalances in the body by correcting vertebral subluxation. An adjustment can help your body take over and heal itself, returning you to your state of wellness.
I'm Dr. Nathan Shadle and my goal is to help you learn more about chiropractic and your body while getting to know me as well. I use chiropractic to keep your spine and nerve system free from interference so that your body can function at its best all the time. When there is internal stress in your body, your nervous system works hard to control and maintain the problems that are already there. When we add the stress of daily life, like physical, chemical, and emotional stress, the nervous system becomes completely overwhelmed and cannot handle or adapt to these stressors, resulting in fatigue and breakdown. You may get sick more often or suffer from more pain and inflammation. My goal is to see you, not just survive, but to thrive in life. The body has an incredible energy that we all share and as long as your brain can communicate with your body without interruptions, then you receive the full expression of this energy.
Together we can make a significant change in your health and the way you live. Fortunately, I have been successful in applying the techniques and knowledge I have of chiropractic with many people with many different conditions. Whether you live in the Santa Barbara or Los Angeles area, the Chiropractic and Performance Center is here for you.
Please feel free to use this site to discover and learn about chiropractic wellness.
